Webster Elementary School Modernization, San Francisco Unified School District
Gayner Engineers was responsible for the mechanical and electrical design for the $6 million elementary school modernization. The program includes the restoration of a historical assembly building with a kitchen. MEP work includes new classroom furnaces, upgrade of the existing electrical service, a new hydronic boiler and domestic hot water system upgrade, BAS system integration, new lighting and lighting controls, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, a new gas service, and ADA upgrades.
