VA Livermore Realignment

$250 million alignment project to relocate programs from Livermore to three different sites, including a 150,000 sq.ft. Ambulatory Care building, a central plant, and a community living center at Alameda, an 150,000 sq.ft. clinic at Stockton, and an 80,000 sq.ft. Clinic at Fremont.  Gayner Engineers provided full MEP engineering.  All construction documents are produced in Revit environment.
