UC Davis Central Cage Wash Facility
Gayner Engineers developed the design-build performance criteria documents for the $12 million, 8,000 sq.ft,. new facility for cleaning and sterilizing small animal cages. The new process equipment greatly reduce water and energy consumption and allow for decommissioning of older cage wash facilities on Campus. Our work includef design narratives and concept layout for major mechanical and electrical system components for fit-test purpose. The project is targeted LEED Silver Certification.
