Mr. Yim has extensive experience in HVAC design for research, healthcare, civil, and infrastructure projects. His work includes feasibility studies, detailed design, energy modeling, trouble shooting, cost estimating, and trade coordination. Pak’s focus is on research related work and complex renovations. Pak is well versed in developing creative solutions for challenging construction problems. Pak has led multiple design teams in delivering complex projects for his clients.
